Kids Folding Learning Tower – Safety & Usage Guidelines

The Kids Folding Learning Tower is to be used:

✅ Against a kitchen bench.
✅ Under full supervision from a competent adult.
✅ Within arm’s reach of a competent adult.
✅ For children assisting with tasks at bench height.
✅ For adults as a step ladder – weight rated to 100kg.

The Kids Folding Learning Tower is not to be used:

❌ By children without direct adult supervision – if supervision is not available, the Learning Tower must be folded and packed away.
❌ With the safety bar when hips are higher than the bar.
❌ For side-to-side reaching while in use.
❌ By children to unfold or close – only an adult should do this.
❌ As a play structure – children should not swing on the safety bar or climb on the back brace.
❌ To access dangerous items on the bench, such as glassware, knives, or boiling water.
❌ Up against an oven or stove – this is highly dangerous!
❌ Without caution when folding and unfolding, as fingers may get pinched.

Safety Standards

This Folding Learning Tower is the only learning tower in Australia built to both:
✔ AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2019 – Safety of Toys
✔ AS 1892.2-1992 – Portable Ladders, Part 2 Timber, Section 9.3.2

This ensures the product is safe for both adults and children to climb.
